An unusual client, this global treasury wanted to build a marketing and sales team around their new sustainable jewellery initiative.

The Process + Results

These roles required relocation to a relatively remote location, which can be a tricky pitch to the luxury talent that the client wanted to pursue. However, using our network and storytelling skills we were able to secure a Marketing Director with a stellar history in jewellery and accessories. We also successfully placed their Head of Sales who had a proven background in scaling D2C brands within the space.
