Key hires within a brand refresh
The Brief
Part of an international conglomerate of luxury brands, our client was in the midst of a complete team, product and image overhaul. We were approached by the Global HR Director to assist in clarifying a modern approach to their organisation structure with the aim of creating an agile in-house agency to roll out the brand identity and vision.
The Process
Some of our favourite projects include those roles where the brand is totally overhauling and we've got a real task to get super talented people interested in something they might not necessarily consider at face value, especially in the luxury industry.
Working closely with the HR team, we were able to really understand the passion and values of the new vision for the brand, igniting the same excitement in us which we shared with the talent we were strategically approaching.
What was origininally tasked as a Creative Services Director was filled with an interim solution - someone who could parachute in and support the fledging creative team while we took a breath together and decided how to build the best possible solution for the team which in turn was a Senior Integrated Designer and a Creative Producer.
We also placed a Head of Communications who was able to start with a wealth of experience in both small and large scale businesses ready to start talking about the future of the business in it's new light.
